In 1998, it was decided that the city would have to replace the old City Hall building. It was to be put to a vote by the City residents. Dr. Glenn Ullyot, who was raised in this community, offered a very generous donation to provide the funds for the New City Hall building. Plans progressed, and the new building opened  in early 1999.

Emil M Larson Library

The library offers a nice selection of books, videos, research tools and has two computers for public use. Open 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

City Police Department
The Ullyot Building houses the office for City Police Chief Delta Anderson and Police Department Staff.  His staff consists of 1 full time police officer.  Delta is involved in promoting activities such as the DARE program, which is taught each year with the 5th Grade Class at the Clark Elementary School.

Dedication of the new building was June 19th, 1999. A ribbon cutting was held after the program and then refreshments were served in the Senior Citizens Center.  Mr Ullyot passed away in 2002 but his generous donation and support of our community will be remembered forever.  Thank you!
