The Clark Town Hall, located in the Ullyot Building on North
Commercial Street, houses the city library, city police department,
community center, conference room and also the city finance office.
The City of Clark is governed by Mayor Les Solberg and six elected
city council members. City Council meets the first Monday of every
month. |

Finance Office
Drop off your Northwestern payment, pay or set up your city
utilities (water, sewer and garbage), buy a license for your pet,
apply for a building permit or schedule a trip on the med van (for
elderly citizens). When the office is closed, a drop box is located
in the East entrance to drop off a bill payment.

Van runs daily. Contact City Hall for appointment at 605-532-5665.Dialysis runs
on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. |

Community Center
Senior Citizens meet in the Community Center Tuesdays and Fridays.
The Community Center is available for rent (donation) for functions
and meetings and is equipped with a small microphone system, tables,
TV and VCR Cart as well as a kitchen. Contact Lora Lee Henry at
605-532-3330 for information about renting the Center. |
In 1998, it was decided that the
city would have to replace the old City Hall building. It was to be put
to a vote by the City residents. Dr. Glenn Ullyot, who was raised in
this community, offered a very generous donation to provide the funds
for the New City Hall building. Plans progressed, and the new building
opened in early 1999. |

Library
The library offers a nice selection of books, videos, research tools
and has two computers for public use. Open 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday
through Saturday. |
City Police
Department
The Ullyot Building houses the
office for City Police Chief Delta Anderson and Police Department Staff.
His staff consists of 1 full time police
officer. Delta is involved in promoting activities such as the
DARE program, which is taught each year with the 5th Grade Class at the
Clark Elementary School. |

Dedication of the new building was June 19th, 1999.
A
ribbon cutting was held after the program and then refreshments were
served in the Senior Citizens Center. Mr Ullyot passed away in
2002 but his generous donation and support of our community will be
remembered forever. Thank you! |
